Orlando Medical Center Trip
Ms.Balci and Mrs. Bright’s Biomedical Science students went to Orlando Regional Medical Center on September 21. Students had a chance to meet and talk with Pathologists and lab technicians and experienced how they diagnose illness and disease. The hands-on experience was an amazing opportunity for students to observe and begin to understand how detailed analysis works to help to be a diagnostician. The medical team of physicians, researchers and technicians worked together to make this experience very memorable. The staff asked many questions about our school and the Biomedical program. They were very impressed with our students and their knowledge. We felt proud and honored to be part of this STEM program at OSS.
