OSS is excited to introduce a new recognition program for our special group of graduating seniors. We call them “Stellar Scholars”. This recognition is for the students who were accepted into the nation’s Top 20 colleges and universities as ranked by the U.S. News and World Report or received an appointment to one of our Nation’s military service academies.
