CURRENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES

COMPUTER SCIENCE TEACHER (6-12)
Highly qualified Computer Science Teacher for the 2023-2024 academic year. Teaching a variety of Computer Science courses at 6th – 12th grade levels, including AP Computer Science Principles, Computer Science A, and introductory course based in Web Development, Coding, Microsoft Office bundle, problem-solving, algorithms, data structures, data collection, and analysis.

MENTAL HEALTH DESIGNEE
Recognize and respond to the mental health services that promote social/emotional wellness and development for all students. Advocate for the mental health needs of all students by offering directions that improve awareness of mental health. Serve as the school mental health contact by assisting with district protocols.

ALGEBRA I
TEACHER (6-8)
Responsible for math instruction, curriculum development, and classroom activities associated with middle school Algebra I course requirements.

SCIENCE TEACHER
(7TH GRADE)
Responsible for classroom instruction, providing support, and education to students within the classroom and other assigned areas; developing lesson plans, delivering group and individual instruction with established curriculum guidelines; collaborating with other teachers, other professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues; and responding to a wide range of inquiries from students’ parents/guardians regarding the program and student progress.

ASSISTANT ROBOTICS COACH
Assist the head robotics coach in recruiting and training students for robotics competitions. Includes managing attendance, monitoring robotics forums for news regarding the competition season, familiar with robotics competition rules and regulations, and attend all competitions.

EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIST
Develop and design technology-based curriculum materials that fulfill the State of Florida’s standards and the charter school’s college prep math and science-based curricula. Present and make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options and define objectives in order to increase the school’s educational standards.
