Article OSS Drama Club Hosts First Improv NightOSS Drama Club hosted their very first Improv. Night on Tuesday, May 15. Based on the comedic "Whose Line is It Anyway" show, students participated in various improvisational games such as "Expand It," "Props," and "Monologue Thief."

The event was split into two sections to accommodate multi-lingual participants and audience members. Mrs. Harper's Spanish students joined in on the fun by replacing their final written exam with a verbal assessment during the second half of the evening. Some benefits of using improvisation are increased confidence, team development, listening/observation skills, public speaking, and enhanced critical thinking. Special thanks to Ms. Estes for hosting along with NJHS and Mrs. Frunker for volunteering with concessions and admission.
