MATH RESIZEDCompetition Math Summer Camp 2018

Presented by OSS Mu Alpha Theta Honor Society

The purpose of the OSS Competition Math Summer Camp is to introduce the students the world of competition math and the joy of mathematics. The camp will be 5 days and it will take place at Orlando Science School between Monday, July 16th through Friday, July 20th. Students need to be qualified to participate in a
certain course.

Eligibility is determined either through an existing competition score or the selection test. Previous years’ MathCounts, AMC 8, or MathLeague results will be used for placement. If a student doesn’t have any score from these competitions, then he/she will be taking a placement test on the first day. After that, the student will be placed in an appropriate class.

Please ensure you read about the schedule and the course descriptions and choose the one you think most applicable. OSS reserves its rights to direct to the more appropriate course or deny enrollment if the requirements are not met.
