Mu Alpha Theta logoMu Alpha Theta was formed in 1957 at the University of Oklahoma.  At Mu Alpha Theta Honor Society, we are dedicated to inspiring keen interest in mathematics, developing strong scholarship in the subject, and promoting the enjoyment of mathematics in high school. The organization of mathematics clubs serves over 112,000 student members in more than 2300 schools in the United States and 20 foreign countries.

Mu Alpha Theta is a prestigious organization dedicated to competitive mathematics. This club deals with the interactions among students in the attempt to develop math skills, collaborative skills, and leadership qualities.

We meet once a month, and host and participate in more than 20 math competitions every year. We also do many fundraisers, such as Toys for Tots, to raise money for different events. Annually, we have elections to decide student delegates. Here are this year’s office members:
