Over 100 people attended Orlando Science School's Grandparents' Day on Monday, September 17, 2010.
Grandparents and Honorary Grandparents of students in OSS were cordially invited to share in a potluck dinner. Dr. Akin welcomed everyone and spoke about the importance of Grandparents and Citizenship day. He also updated all the parents, students, and grandparents on O.S.S.'s upcoming events. Students from different grades presented speeches, music, and poetry in honor of Grandparents' and Citizenship day.
