Fall Noetic Learning Math Contest

mathWe are pleased to announce that Orlando Science Competition Math Program members participated in the Fall Noetic Learning Math Contest (NLMC). NLMC is a semiannual problem-solving math contest for elementary and middle school students given by Noetic Learning. The purpose of the contest is to inspire young student interest in math and convey the message ‘It is COOL to be good at math!’ to students. During the contest, students are given 45 minutes to solve 20 problems. Many problems are designed to challenge students and to enrich their problem-solving experiences. More than 23,000 students representing 526 schools across the country took part in this fall’s contest.
